Bilingual leadership.

Bilingual leadership is the practice of leading, speaking, and building in two languages with equal fluency and cultural intent — not as translation, but as parallel native craft. For Cuban-American women, it is the lived condition of leading inside both communities at once.

From Aliette

I do not translate myself. I think in both English and Spanish, switch in the same sentence, build companies that are native in both. My audience is the bilingual woman who is tired of being asked to choose which version of herself to bring to the room. I keynote and host in both languages because the Cuban-American woman, the Latina founder, the bicultural mother — none of them are a subset of an English-language audience. They are a market, an electorate, a workforce, and a generation of leaders.
